利用宫胁森林重建法恢复和重建辽宁森林植被
（辽宁省建平县林业局 122400；辽宁省干旱地区造林研究所 122400）
摘要：简要介绍了国际著名植被生态学家、日本横滨国立大学教授宫胁昭（Porf.Akira Miyawaki）创造和倡导的造林法———环境保护林重建法（即生态造林法，简称宫胁造林法）。本方法的创新和重要之处就是将植被生态学理论应用于森林生态系统恢复并取得成功。该方法依据潜在自然植被和演替理论，提倡和强调用乡土树种重建乡土森林植被，目的是能够在较短的时间内恢复当地森林生态系统。该方法在日本、泰国、马来西亚、巴西和中国等国家，用于热带雨林、常绿阔叶林、落叶阔叶林的恢复，已经有近600个成功的例子。辽宁省的森林覆盖率较低、森林恢复和造林难度大，宫胁的森林重建法对于辽宁森林植被恢复和重建将会很有借鉴和帮助的。

Restoration and Reconstruction of Liaoning Forest Vegetation using Miyawaki Method
(The forest office of Jianping County of Liaoning province, the forestation research office of drought area of Liaoning province)
Abstract: In this paper, a method for the restoration of environment-protecting forests was introduced, which was established by Porf.Akira Miyawaki, an international well-known expert in the field of ecology of vegetation. The ecology of vegetation theory is successfully applied in the restoration of the forest ecology system, which is the importance and the innovation of this method. It stressed that, according to theory of succession of the potential natural vegetation, the indigenous tree breeds should be used in the restoration of the indigenous forests in order to complete this task in a short time. This method has been successfully used in nearly 600 cases in the restoration of the tropic rain forest, ever-green board leaved forest and deciduous broadleaved forest in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, China and many other countries. The percentage of forest cover of Liaoning is low, and it is difficult to complete the task of restoration and forestation. This method is meaningful for us to restore the vegetation of Liaoning province.

猫老鼠所说的这句，我的意见是应该用was. 这里只是描述一个事实（创新和重要性）而不是表述一个状态。 而且， is applied successfully .....很昏啊。原文的意思是“被应用，且取得了成功”，英文稿的意思是“成功地被应用。。。（效果如何没说）”。 was applied and got success/achievement/progress....

a版的冠词还要加强啊。不管你后面加几个of, theory前面还是要加the的。


AWP的这句 The percentage of forest cover of Liaoning is low, and it is difficult to complete the task of restoration and forestation.  我觉得还是啰嗦。直接写成：
The FOREST COVERAGE RATE of Liaoning is low, FORESTATION AND RESTORATION OF FOREST is difficult. THEREFORE....... 这里隐含了一个，因为这个，所以。。。意义是挺大的。。

Restoration and Reconstruction of Liaoning Forest Vegetation via Miyawaki Afforestation Law

Abstract: In this paper, we will introduce an afforestation method used for environmental protection forests (namely ecology afforestation law, abbreviation Akira Miyawaki Afforestation Law), which was established by Porf. Akira Miyawaki, an internationally renowned vegetation ecologist from Yokohama national university in Japan. The innovation and the importance of this method are that it has successfully put the theory of vegetation ecology into practice in the restoration of forest ecology system. This method, based-on the theory of succession of potential natural vegetation, stressed and advocated that native tree species have to be used in the reconstruction of the indigenous forests in order to recover the native forests system smoothly and completely in a short time. This method has been successfully used in about 600 cases in the restoration of rain forest, evergreen broad-leaved forest and deciduous broad-leaved forest in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, China and many other countries. As low the percentage of forest cover of Liaoning is, and difficult to accomplish the mission of restoration and afforestation, we still believe that the method will be a good example and meaningful in the vegetation reconstruction in Liaoning.
