我院青年教师教学情况的调查报告

摘要：调研结果表明，我院青年教师思想活跃、爱岗敬业，接受新鲜事物和运用现代教学手段等能力较强。但青年教师在师资队伍中比重过大，教学任务繁重，缺少进修学习和参与科研的时间，缺乏实践锻炼，影响青年教师的成长，进而影响教学质量。学院应采取各种措施调动青年教师的积极性，尽快提高青年教师队伍的整体素质。

Furthermore, they are skilled at accepting emergent novelties and using moder teaching approaches.

But the rate of young teachers is too high and they are overloaded.

Abstract: According to the survey conducted by the author, young teachers in our college are active in mind, love their teaching career, and are capable of accepting new things and using modern teaching methods. However, young teachers in our college take up a big proportion of the whole teaching faculty. Their heavy teaching tasks have prevented them from attending advanced studies and engaging in scientific researches.
